Returns & Refunds Policy

Because all our products are made to order, we can only accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Damaged in transit
  • Misprinted
  • Defective

If your order has a problem, please contact us at hello@S2Gshop.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will review your request and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.

No Change-of-Mind Returns

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size or colour

Please check the size guide before placing your order.

Wrong Address

If the address provided was incorrect and the package is returned, reshipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

EU & UK Customers – Right of Withdrawal

Under EU and UK consumer law, customers generally have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of delivery.
However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order, customised, or personalised — including all products sold on our store.

International Orders

We accept orders worldwide. If you are ordering from outside the UK, EU, or USA, please note that local customs charges or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Governing Law

This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
